What the guarantee covers

Every order is covered from the moment it leaves Vancouver until it reaches you:

• Lost in transit. If Canada Post or the courier confirms your parcel is lost, we send the whole order again at no cost.
• Seized. If your parcel is seized on the way, we send the whole order again at no cost.
• Wrong item. If we packed the wrong product, we ship the right one at no cost. Tell us within 5 business days of delivery.

How to make a claim

Use our contact form or use the contact form with:

1. Your order number.
2. Your tracking number.
3. What happened, in a sentence or two.
4. For a seizure, a photo of any letter or notice you received. If you received none, tell us what the tracking shows.
5. For a wrong item, a photo of what arrived.

We check the details with the carrier where needed and reply by email with your replacement tracking number once it ships.

Returns

Because of what we sell, we cannot accept returns or resell anything that has left our hands. All sales are final once an order ships. If something is wrong with your order, the guarantee above is how we put it right.

Before your order ships

Check your shipping address at checkout, including the unit and buzzer number. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away with your order number: we can change the address or cancel the order until it has been packed and booked with the carrier.
