1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use steroids-canada.ca (the “site”) or order from Steroids Canada (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and have a shipping address in Canada. By ordering you confirm both, and that the details you give us are accurate.

3. Products and information

We describe products as accurately as we can, with photos of the items we ship. Product pages give general reference information such as label strength, compound class and known risks. That information is not medical advice and is not a recommendation to use any product. Speak with a qualified health professional before using any compound.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and can change without notice. If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund anything you have paid.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm your payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the details cannot be verified or the order appears to break these terms. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

We accept Interac e-Transfer. The payment details are shown on your order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Orders ship once payment arrives. Orders that stay unpaid may be cancelled.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship from Vancouver, British Columbia, to addresses in Canada. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our tracking page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for giving a complete and correct shipping address.

7. Delivery guarantee and returns

Lost or seized parcels are reshipped free and wrong items are replaced at our cost, as set out in our returns and delivery guarantee. We do not accept returns of products once an order has shipped.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for making sure that buying, possessing and using any product complies with the laws that apply to you. You agree not to resell products bought from us, misuse the site, interfere with its operation or try to access accounts or systems that are not yours.

9. Reviews and messages

Reviews and messages you send must be honest and lawful. By posting a review you allow us to display it on the site. We may remove reviews that contain personal information, dosing instructions, abuse or spam.

10. Intellectual property

The text, design, photos and logos on the site belong to Steroids Canada or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use. Any other copying or reuse needs our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or of any product, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of any product or of the site.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are subject to the courts of British Columbia.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, applies to orders placed after that date.
