Steroids Canada (“we”, “us”) runs steroids-canada.ca from Vancouver, British Columbia. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who sees it and the choices you have. Order details: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (for the courier) and the products you order.
Payment details: the sender name and amount shown on your Interac e-Transfer. We never receive your bank login or card numbers.
Account details: if you create an account, your login email and an encrypted password.
Messages and reviews: what you send through the contact form or email, and any reviews you post.
Technical information: your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and server logs.

How we use it

To process, pack, ship and support your order.
To match your payment to your order.
To reply to your messages and handle delivery guarantee claims.
To send restock alerts you asked for.
To keep the site secure and working, and to understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Couriers (Canada Post, Purolator or FedEx) receive your name, shipping address and phone number to deliver your parcel.
Service providers that host the site and send our emails process data on our behalf and only as needed.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

The site uses cookies to keep your cart and login working and to remember preferences. Some cookies help us measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout need them to work.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order, delivery claims, accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

How we protect it

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to order data is limited to the people who need it, and passwords are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.

Your choices and rights
