Hi guys how you doing? So today i'm going to be hitting some back I actually joined a new gym recently so i'll be put out some more videos from that gym So you`ll recognize the equipment and the surroundings in there a little bit more I`ll probably be doing a bunch of rows of different angles different grips, to kind of build more a 3D look on my back to create a bit more texture A lot of people just generally do the bulking movements which just makes you look like a Michelin Man and that's not really the look I want, I went to be bulked, but more defined more shapely so that's why I do the other exercises as well and I focus mainly on those shaping movements more so than the bulking stuff like dead lifts so let's do this!
